The ever important keynotes of Steve Jobs have caught my attention since the introduction of the Apple iPhone 5. I had always read about his presentation style and simplicity in the past but never paid attention to those keynotes myself except for the iPod nano presentation.
You ever wonder what this pocket's for? I've always wondered that. Well now we know. Because this is the new iPod Nano.” – Steve Jobs (at the iPod nano launch)
Inspired by this quote I decided to watch all his important keynotes. Started with the 1984 Mac followed by the iPod nano (once again), iPhone, iPad, and finally the iCloud. It’s all fantastic! It was again few days of total-inspiration for me and as I always say:
Entrepreneurship needs regular top-ups by way of motivation.

If you're a newbie blogger then it may be difficult to come up with a new topic each day (especially when you want to blog daily). As you probably know blogging is all about quality content and you really don't have to blog everyday just to keep your blog active. When you publish a post you have to make sure that there's something unique in your content and you’re adding some value to your posts.

And if you're active on social media then it's almost impossible to share only your own content all the time. Even if you can, you shouldn't be doing that because your audience must be interested in other content related to your niche.
Be A Content Curator
If you want to become a good blogger then you have to become a good content curator. Like FastCompany has mentioned Content Curators are the new superheroes of the web. They say:
Curation is the act of individuals with a passion for a content area to find, contextualize, and organize information. Curators provide a consistent update regarding what's interesting, happening, and cool in their focus.
The good thing is… when you read, curate, and share more industry specific content you’ll get topic ideas naturally and you’ll know exactly what your audience want.

Yes, that's right! It's the 7th Blogoversary of Minterest. I started Minterest (maheshone.com) as a personal finance blog back in 2006 and later in August 2007 I started blogging about "Money, Internet, Investing" (yes, that was the first tagline of Minterest and now as you can see it's -- tech. marketing. mashups.).
To be honest it was "Just another WordPress site" literally and I was simply rehashing topics that were of "My interest". But there is one thing... I was learning. I loved WordPress and that experience from Blogger.com to WordPress.org was awesome.
I started creating blogs on Blogger.com back in 2004 and was treating it like a simple publishing tool. I guess the reason why it didn't impress or motivate me much was its inability to customize things the way I wanted.
And when I tried WordPress I started loving almost all of its aspects and started liking coding as well. Yes, I'm a software engineer by education but it was not the coding that inspired me - it's the magic in "technology". Thanks to Microsoft.
Coming back... I'm going to feature here 7 blogging lessons and tips that I have... learned, realized, or experienced in one way or the other over the past several years.
